Maldives, the world-famous tourist destination, has much more to offer than just crystal blue waters and white sandy beaches. The equatorial warm waters of the Maldivian deep south seas are home to abundant marine life and Diving in them would challenge even the most seasoned adventure Divers. Huvadhu Atoll is world’s second largest natural atoll.
South Huvadhu Atoll Gaafu Dhaalu (also known as Southern Huvadhu Atoll or Huvadhu Atholhu Dhekunuburi) is an administrative district of the Maldives formed by the southwestern section of Huvadhu Atoll. There are 153 islands in this district, 10 of which are inhabited. This district is located about 340 kilometres south of the capital Malé.
Since there are few resorts in South Huvadhu Atoll than the central atolls and also its relatively far location from Male’ the capital, liveaboard was the possible option so far for divers to reach there for diving. The sea is calm in normal weather. The water temperatures (28-30°C) is consistently warm, and good visibility (20-30 metres) allow you to plan a dive vacation in South Huvadhu Atoll Thinadhoo all year round. Although short spells of heavy rainfall can be experienced during the months of June and July, The summer months from December to May are characteristically hot and dry creating the perfect environment for stay and diving.

We are the first Island based Dive Centre in South Huvadhu Atoll. Our Dive Centre is based in G Dh. Thinadhoo Local Island which is the political capital of South Huvadhu Atoll.

LEARN TO DIVE IN PARADISE
Our courses conducted by UMET SCUBA certified by PADI/NDL we focus on providing students with a comfortable environment in which to pursue their goals of becoming responsible and certified professional divers. We provide flexibility for our students with study hours and course duration for them to balance work and studies.
We provide our students with their own set of PADI/NDL books and study materials.
For beginners we offer the PADI/NDL discover scuba diving course. It is a short two to four hour course where you take a class, familiarize your self with the equipment and try them out in shallow water. After that you are comfortable in the water we take you out on the boat for your very first dive.
For certified divers we can offer you courses to help you advance in your skill level starting from Open Water Diver all the way to up to Dive Master, or we are more than happy to take you for fun dives.
Our course price include your personal copy of books as well as certification charges, dives and gear required to complete the course. Fun dive prices include all of the equipment including tanks, BCD, regulators, masks, snorkels, fins, weight belts, and wetsuits.
This is an introduction to scuba diving that beginners can take. It is not required in order to become certified as an open water diver, but if you would like to..
This is an entry-level full diver certification for scuba diving. Course fee includes all the books, materials, certification card and other necessary items to get fully certified.
Completing PADI Advance Open Water allows you to go as deep as 30 meters. This is an introduction to specialties in diving; you do five dives with different objectives.
This is a basic Primary and Secondary Care Course, which teaches you to deal with marine life injuries and other major problems.
A Rescue Course is by far the most enjoyable main courses out there. It teaches you how to be a safe responsible diver and how to help others in need.
Dive Master is the first professional level in diving. The Dive Master course teaches you how to be a leader in diving and how to be an independent diver
